This week we have been visiting the villages surrounding Wa in the Upper West of Ghana. It was great to see everyone and to administer the blessing of much needed food. We were able to deliver numerous bags of gari and corn. Gari is a fermented, gelled and dehydrated food produced from fresh cassava. It is a popular diet in Nigeria, Benin, Togo, Ghana and in other West African countries. We want to extend to our partners a heart felt thank you from everyone here for your support of MOSA's Food Drive.
